Common questions

Send us the table structure and we will help turn the current rows into orders, crews and stages. You can keep exporting back to Excel or CSV whenever needed.
You send them the link, they choose the crew-lead role, and you confirm access in the dashboard. In the bot they only see their own work orders. No prices, no financials, no other orders.
Yes, same bot, different role. They receive the survey work order, attach drawings, dimensions, and site photos. Everything lands in the order card. They don't see client pricing or financials.
You do. Export to Excel or CSV in one click, any time. If you leave, we export your data and revoke access on request.
Client data is stored encrypted on redundant servers. Only you and your designated staff have access. Crews see the name, address, and configuration, but not the client's phone number (by default).
